Currently, the birthrate is declining, and the population is aging in the agricultural production field, and the average age of workers is becoming a serious problem all over the world. To harvest and transport products, it is necessary to store and transport the products in containers, etc., but this work is a heavy burden not only for the elderly but also for young people. In addition, various power assist devices for transporting this luggage have been developed, including in the field of long-term care. However, since the equipment is complicated and expensive, it has not been widely used in private farms and ordinary households. Based on these problems, we devised a power assist device for lifting and transporting cargo, which is simpler, has fewer failures, and can be realized at low cost. The power source for this device is not the conventional motor or hydraulic / pneumatic pressure, but the "worker's thigh muscle" that can generate the most force in the body. In addition, this device does not support the luggage with the muscles of the arms but holds it with the shoulders. In this study, we show the basic structure and mechanism, analyse the dynamic characteristics of some mechanisms, and propose effective mechanical elements when lifting the load.
